Safety is our top priority

At White Blossom Care Center, we’re taking additional precautions to protect our patients and team members from COVID-19. Our infection prevention team coordinates closely with local, state, and federal agencies to help ensure compliance with safety standards which include the following:

COVID-19 Vaccines

Team members and patients are enrolled in the CDC’s COVID-19 vaccination program and will be among the first to be vaccinated in the state.

Alternate Visitation

In-person visitation has been restricted and we’ve introduced new ways for you to stay connected with your loved ones.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE such as N95 masks, surgical masks, gloves, and gowns are used as prescribed by infection control guidelines.

Daily Wellness Checks

Team members are screened daily for respiratory symptoms and fever.

Handwashing and Hygiene

Team members must follow stringent handwashing and hygiene protocols.

Social Distancing

Team members practice social distancing guidelines whenever possible.

COVID-19 Testing

Team members and patients are tested in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout the facility.
