I have been her since a few months. I have great experience with the facility and PT Snehal. I appreciate her patience and encouragement, kindness and compassion. It was very difficult time for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I have sever back pain. I walk with walker. I am able to go to bathroom with walker. I had a bowel movement & need help to be cleaned as i can’t turn to wipe myself. I pulled the string to call for help. After half hour of waiting i pulled up my pull-up still soiled from BM. I went back to my bed. I pressed the call button for help again. After another 30 minutes of waiting with no response from a CNA I called the White Blossom Care facility main number. I told the respondent that i was in room 409 bed B. I had a BM over an hour ago & i used the call button but no one has responded. They said someone will come soon. Within 10 minutes an asian CNA poked her head in to my bed area. I explained that i was soiled and needed to be cleaned. She said that she will be right back. I never saw her that night again. Next over 45 minutes passed before another CNA who passes medication at night came by. Again i explained that i needed to be cleaned from earlier BM. She said she would return & clean me.. she returned an hour later to give me my meds i asked her about what happened to cleaning me & that i have been waiting since 5:30pm to be cleaned. She said the CNA assigned is on break. It is now 8pm. I waited until 8:30pm & pressed the call button again. In ten minutes or so the CNA a black young man showed up & i explained that i have been waiting to be cleaned from an earlier BM since 5:30pm. He said the same response he will be right back. At 9pm i called White Blossom care facility again. After several hang-ups someone finally answered. I explained that i am in room 409 bed B & i have been waiting to be cleaned since 5:30pm from a BM. CNAs keep saying they will be right back & thry don’t come back. Could they send someone to help clean me. The female on the phone assured me they will tell my CNA to come. Ten minutes or so later the same black young man showes up not looking happy. He tried to humiliate me by exposing my pull-up by tossing the bottom of my gaon on my chest & ordering me to pull up myself to the top of the bed. Using my legs in this manner is very painful to me & i told him that it hurts. He demanded that i do it. I wiggled my body up while telling him that it hurts. He said that it is alright just keep moving up like a worm. I was in agony from the pain while he stood there with smile on his face like he was enjoying it. Eventually i stopped. He then proceeded to rip my pull-up off of me violently & in anger. He ordered me to turn to my left. I complied as he shoved my body aggressively & forcefully into the bed side rail as he ripped the torn pull-up from underneath my body. I felt something brush up against the crack of my buttocks in a wiping motion from bottom to the top of my buttocks. Then he ordered me to turn on my back & proceeded to put on a pull-up onto my legs & up my thighs. He ordered me to turn to my left. As i complied, he again shoved my upper body forcefully & violently into the side rail as he pulled up the back of my pull-up. Once he let me go i turned to my back & asked him if i was clean. He said yes you are clean. He wanted to change my gaon, i refused because i did not want to be abused any further. He stood there glaring into my face for 30 seconds as a last act of intimidation before he left. In the morning i went to the bathroom to urinate and saw the feces that was in my pull-up. I returned to my bed & called for help to clean me up. At the conclusion of the clean up i took picture of the soiled pull-up from last night as attached. I was assulted, abused, humiliated & neglected by this CNA under the disguise of care. After my treatment i am concerned about my safety tonight under his care.
My name is Adrian Ross, I’m a patient here at white blossom care center. I’ve had the pleasure on many occasions to work with Anna Ramirez, She always comes to my room laughing and joking while getting her job done with physical therapy. I appreciate her because she always gets me feeling better.
Worst place ever very dirty
Great experience- I plan on returning as fast as I can! Food is old people style, so Uber Eats is a must. Vicks Vapor Rub is also a must!
I am Patient here, Leaving for another facility today. Want to Thank the team for caring for me. Special Thanks to Simren for taking such good care for my wounds. I always look forward of seeing her. I wish, I am taken such care at other facility too.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at White Blossom. My mother received such compassion and care over the past couple of months it is impossible for me to understate my appreciation. On many occasions I would interrupt what any of these people were doing but they would stop and help me with patience and grace. The staff that attended to moms daily needs were always positive and working with a smile. I would sometimes listen to them as they were changing or cleaning up my mother – they didn’t know I was there but still treated her with respect, dignity and compassion. These unsung heroes are doing a thankless (messy) job but somehow come back each day to do it all over. I especially want to recognize; Devinder Paul, Asnaku Baihe, Elisa Shmil, Niole, Antonio, Jennifer, Kathy D, Caitlin F, and Leilani. Amazing people all. On the administration side, I also wish to recognize Joty who would always take the time to reassure me, keep me updated, and talk me off the ledge when needed. I also cannot overlook Janice who would always drop when she was doing to answer my questions and keep me updated on any insurance challenges. Mom’s primary nurse Jennifer S. was our angel in scrubs. Without exception when Jen would see me in the hallway she would (sincerely) ask how I was doing and update me on mom’s status. I interrupted her day countless times yet she would always help me, answer my questions, or get me something that we needed. Always with warmth and grace. Somehow she makes a tough job look easy. We are eternally grateful for her.
Do NOT go here. Dirty, filthy, loud, and extremely unprofessional and unorganized. – They DO NOT have your family members best interest. – There is NO full time care – They NEGLECT the care your family needs. 》Someone needs to report them. 》You are better off leaving your family member in the hospital.
My father had his hip replaced just before Thanksgiving. He was sent to a skilled nursing facility post surgery because of all of the stairs at his home. We were a bit skeptical at first, because not all skilled nursing facilities are created equal. White Blossom put those fears to rest. The facility is immaculate (there were people cleaning all day)! It is a very busy facility, and the staff does an excellent job of making you feel like you have your own personalized team working with you. Everyone was very patient and professional, and provided thoughtful, personalized care. Not only did the staff remember the details of my Dad’s case, but they remembered the family and made us feel very comfortable with him being there. Big thank you to the front door staff for always being welcoming, the nurses and doctors (Dr. Jamali, Jennifer, and more I am forgetting) for being thorough and unwavering in their care, Anna (social worker) for being so organized and handling the patients needs and wants with compassion and grace, Victor (physical therapist) for making my dad do his exercises and laugh at the same time, the food and beverage staff for realizing he’s a picky eater, but not giving him hard time about it, the janitorial staff for keeping the environment clean and safe, Siean, Georgie and everyone else who keeps the place ticking. Thank you so much! You are all a part of why he is thriving.

My name is Linda. l have been having a great treat from all the staff and been taken good care of here. The nurses , PT dept, Admission, Social service, CNA and many other members provide excellent services during my recovery period. l would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all nurses especially Edredah Komugisha , CNA Sandra Mejia and Rigoberto Ruiz. l am experiencing an impressive and remarkable care from all of them. Besides, Sandra is very kind, thoughtful, helpful and of course outstanding too. She works VERY hard and always brings happiness to patients. l highly appreciate all of their efforts. White Blossom Care Center deserves a high ranking in health care services and wonderful staffs.
My husband is currently in this facility. We are requesting a room change because the other person in the room keeps the TV on at a loud volume, and when he’s not watching TV, he uses his phone with a speaker, which isn’t good for someone trying to recover. Also, he is coughing a lot. We try to talk to the nurses and call the assistants on the phone, but nobody listens. nobody responds the phone calls.
Any update on the article being done at this place ? Is this place getting shut down along with their shitty staff that they have as nurses and caregivers? What’s their status looking like? Are they going to have an audit to fail like their previous ones. WHEN ARE THE ARTICLES GOING OUT ?? I want to see what the dorms really look like the 1850s!
